Walker is 2!

My sweet Walker is 2! I can't believe it! I will do another post with some milestones and his stats and such, but for now, Happy Birthday Walker! Mama loves you!!!

What have we been up to in September?

Meredith got married!! And the bustle was a nightmare! I had to hide in her skirt to get it bustled during the reception. And those are my kids running the walkway up above. 

Spent the weekend in searcy and tried out Dickey's BBQ. Free soft serve ice cream for the win!

Trying to take a family photo with toddlers lesson one: don't try it. End of lesson. 

Savannah started ballet back and loves it!!

She also upgraded to a big kid swing in our yard. She's getting so old I can't stand it!!

Anna an I had a sister date for pedicures, praise the Lord!

Walker got an ear infection. Poor buddy.  

We opened a pack of those iced cookies in Kroger so I could get some shopping done. It was all about surviving the store trip. 

We went to a bday party at a gymnastics gym and Savannah had a blast!

Cuties. In their typical response when I suggest anything. Walker is 100% in and Savannah is hesitant and not willing to try anything. Hah. 

We got a dirt pile to do some work in the backyard and the kids enjoyed it so much!

August Photo Favorites

We went to a Traveler's Game and had a blast! Our friends gave us tickets too so we didn't mind splurging on deep fried Oreos...!! One was plenty, they were SO sweet. 

A police car came to visit our school!

Walker had an ice cream cone to beat the heat. 

We had to say goodby to our wonderful teachers from the past year. I totally cried like a baby!!!

And so did Walker! Hah😊

We had Meredith's bachelorette party! Yummy and funny and good for my soul to have time with all my favorite girls!

It was finally cool enough to venture outside for more than 2 minutes so we tried out these awesome sidewalk chalk markers that Stephie gave us on our visit earlier in the month. Thanks Browns! We love them!

Grandad made an impromptu visit which of course thrilled the kids as you can see. Haha!

Walker got a new nap roll with an attached blanket for school and he loves it!

This is what it looks like if you miss a day of picking up your toys. Disaster. Can't wait for her teenage years. 😳

We spent some time in Searcy I think 1 or 2 different weekends and this is the only evidence I have of our visits!
