Our Weekend

We had a pretty good weekend and got quite a bit done around the house that we'd been putting off. We got the garage cleaned out, returned some long-ago purchases that we kept meaning to return, about a thousand loads of laundry washed and put away, (Isn't that the hardest part?!) and spent lots of good quality time with Nana and Gran and some church friends. Birc and even squeezed a dinner date in on Friday night! Woohoo!

However. It wasn't all roses and sunshine. We had some seriously cranky and crazy kids on Sunday. Y'all it was insane, at least one was always crying.

We managed to end on a happy note. Praise The Lord. 

I also hung up some ribbon in Savannah's room for her extreme artwork collection from school. They do art apparently 80 times daily I think because we get SO much sent home. Anyway our fridge and little message board are completely full so I hung this so she can be proud of what she's done and I don't have to feel bad when it ends up in the trash after falling off the fridge 22 times after dinner. :) win-win. 

My only other comment for the day is that I have noticed in my postings that I have a lot more pictures of Walker right now. 2 reasons: Walker is at the perfectly adorable stage where he isn't running full-speed everywhere and he LOVES to cheese for my camera, and also Savannah is just so so funny right now so I take a lot of videos of her which I cannot post on here.
