This is long so feel free to skip if you aren't interested! I have pictures below! So it all started the weekend in March that we went to Garvan Gardens and the races. When we were coming home that night, I just did not feel right and was extremely carsick on the way down and the way back. Birc and I both joked that maybe I was pregnant. But then the next morning (St. Patrick's Day, Anna and Aaron's anniversary!) we decided we better take a test so we would know. I honestly had no inkling or thought that I was pregnant but Birc convinced me to take a test so we did and low and behold it said "Pregnant" Oh my! Surprise surprise!! So after getting on google and figuring out how far along I might be (what did people do before the internet??) we decided we would wait a bit to tell people. Then Savannah got sick sick sick. And Birc caught it. And then I caught it. And it went into my ears and my throat and my chest and you might remember me getting really sick and missing 3 days of work at the end of March?? Well I called my doctors and they all said, sorry you can't take anything, then all of a sudden my ears started screaming at me with extreme pain one Friday night and I called my God-sent brother-in-law and asked him to look in my ears. So he did and sure enough, I had an ear infection and he asked what antibiotics I had taken recently and then I said "I can't take any antibiotics! I'm pregnant!" and Anna was there too (Birc was out of town) and she squealed and Aaron's jaw dropped. They were both thrilled! :) Continuing on (he got me some numbing drops and I held hot pads and hot wash cloths on my ear until it unstopped and the pain subsided) they kept the secret, and then Easter was around the corner. Birc and I had already planned to host a family lunch (3rd annual!) for both families and that is when we told them about Savannah a few years back, so we thought it was only right that we tell them about the next grandbaby on Easter again!

You probably can't see my apron but it has a picture of a bun in the oven and it says "There's a bun in the oven! Cook about nine months, will be ready mid-November!" I just came out in it and let everyone slowly read and figure it out. :) Grandad was first to see!
Here are some weekly pics we've been taking...
So I was wanting a "big sis" shirt for Savannah,so I searched on etsy but they are so pricey and I knew I could make one myself so I did. Here are the ones I modeled it after:
And here's Savannah shirt made by yours truly! I loved it and she looks so cute it in (more pics below!) It cost me a whopping $6 for the shirt and all the letter fabric I had laying around from other projects as well as the buttons and the fusible iron stuff. Then I put a decorative stitch all around the letters.
Here we are this morning taking a family pic!
I took Savannah to her class today in this and that is how I told her teachers I was pregnant! It was fun

| Savannah, a baby is coming! Can you share your toys??? |
 |
| No??? With a foot-stomping-tantrum and everything?? Oh my... |
 |
| Yes you were just stomping those feet. |
 |
| But I meant to stomp them over there Mama. |
 |
| and I'm NOT sharing my toys! |
After begging and begging for a smile, I was running too late to push anymore so we took a selfie and I said, 'say cheese and show me your smile!' and this is what she did. :) Fake smile all the way! But I'll take it over any of the above pictures! Hah!
I think that brings everybody up to speed!

Such a wild and crazy ride to get to this happy place! Savannah will share and share not, but will love her sibling even more than she loves her "big brothers" Caddo and Cadence, if that can be possible! Priceless faces though!
