Walker Bircham!
Birc's middle name and my middle name together. We love it! Walker is my mom's maiden name and my middle name, and Bircham is where Birc gets his name, obviously a family name. I'm pretty sure Bircham is his great great grandmother's maiden name. I'm excited to meet little Walker and Savannah is too. Although she cannot quite get his name right because she cannot say her K's yet. So for Savannah, his name comes out as Walter. Hah. We will be sure to correct her until she can say her K's.
I was looking for some artwork for Walker's room and came across these prints from Sarah+Abraham. I still have to frame it, but it just came in. A friend of mine gets things from there all the time and I always think they are adorable! You can pick any image available, and put your child's name in. They also have really cute lunch boxes, plates, placemats, etc. You should check out their website for monogrammed stuff.
I also got one for Savannah's room because they are just so cute! Since Savannah loves balloons I picked that for her room and since I don't know what Walker will love best yet, I went ahead with the same one for both. There are tons of options though, like a little boy with a dog, little boy on a rocking horse, little boy fishing, baby boy sitting up, etc. Same big variety with the girls too. The cool thing about Sarah+Abraham products (like the plates and lunch boxes) is that you can choose specific child details if you want that really resemble your child's features. Hair color, curly or straight, eye color, skin color, etc. plus something they love as an image. They have tractors, trucks, princesses, etc.
Here's the little card that came with my package that shows other stuff they do. You can see the top row, second from left is a green print framed like what I ordered, and it is so cute! I can't wait to get mine framed and up.

Since I fell in love with a Walker and now love a Bircham, it seems only logical that I will love Walker Bircham, too!
That sweet baby boy with the heritage-rich name will be here before we know it!
